Opskrift:
1 stor fuldmoden banan
½ bakke jordbær
1-2 spsk ahornsirup eller Lyle's Golden Syrup
eventuelt ½ tsk vaniljesukker
6 dl sojadrik
Skræl bananen. Skyl og nip jordbærrene.

Kom alt i blenderen og blend i 30 sekunder på højeste hastighed.
Server straks i 3 store glas.

The English Corner
Soy shakes are breakfast or brunch favourites at our house. I usually include banana for a creamy texture, and at the moment strawberries provide a perfect combination.
Recipe:
1 large ripe banana
½ pound strawberries
1-2 tbsp maple syrup or Lyle's Golden Syrup
a little vanilla (optional)
600 ml natural soy milk
Peel the banana. Rinse the strawberries and remove the leaves.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at top speed for 30 seconds.
Serve in 3 large glasses.
