Solen bager, der er vidunderligt varmt i haven og dejligt i skyggen. Derfor fik espressoen lov til at køle ned, inden den blev fortyndet med sojamælk og fik et par klumper vaniljeis oveni.

Jeg synes sådan set billedet kunne gøre det ud for en opskrift, men for dem der foretrækker tekst-versionen kommer den lige igen - opskriften er til et stort glas.
Opskrift:
ca. ½ dl frisklavet espresso
2 dl sojadrik neutral
2 kugler vaniljeis (jeg brugte Tofulines)
evt. lidt revet schokolade til drys
Hæld espressoen i glasset og lad den køle af mens isen tør lidt op.
Kom køleskabskold sojadrik i espressoen og top med vaniljeis.
Drys eventuelt med en smule revet mørk chokolade og server med en langskaftet teske.

The English Corner
Since I've started drinking coffee, however diluted it might be by the copious amounts of soy milk I pour it into, I thought I should find a version befitting the current weather. The garden is warm and buzzing with bees, and nothing could be more refreshing than sitting in the shade of a tree sipping a cool drink.

I mixed this cool coffee soy-shake (stirred, not shaken) with vanilla icecream. The photo might serve as a recipe, but for those who prefer a text version here's one for a single large glass.
Recipe:
approx. 50 ml freshly brewed espresso
200 ml unsweetened soy milk
2 scoops vanilla icecream (I used Tofuline soy icecream)
a little grated chocolate for garnish
Pour the freshly made espresso into a large glass, and leave it to cool while the icecream thaws a bit.
Add the soy milk to the coffee and top with the icecream. Sprinkle with a little grated chocolate if you like.
